Used products

I order a pair of running shoes and they sent me used shoes. The customer service phone number is just a recording so you can't even talk to someone. The kicker is you have to pay for the shipping to return when it is clearing their mistake. I can go to a second hand store if I want used shoes and pay tenth of the price.
They also suggest you insurance the return in case it gets lost. Of course you can't leave a review of their site.

Love this place normally but tonight…

Love this place normally but tonight the food was awful, the veg was soggy and raw, my sisters hunters chicken was, well ????interesting, Honestly will not be going back, it’s a shame as close to derriford

It took them a week to notify me that…

It took them a week to notify me that the shoes I ordered were not in stock. Ridiculous.

Jack rabbit or Jack asses?

I recently bought a pair of recovery sandals for my brother for Christmas. Unfortunately I was unable to give it to him during the holiday due to getting sick with covid. I did not get to exchange gifts with him and family until a later date. He opened his new oofos and loved them but a size too small. Sadly it was after the 30 day return policy. I reached out kindly to customer service for an exchange explaining the unfortunate circumstances. They did not give me the time of day or help me with an exchange. Sadly I have a pair of shoes that no one in my household can wear and have to purchase a whole new pair for my brother's gift. They have completely lost me as a customer. I find it difficult to see why someone can't make the simple exchange to keep the customer satisfaction and help with future sales.

I had to make several trips to the store in order to make changes until I got the right orthotic. Each time I came back to the store, the clerks were polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend this store to anyone wanting a quality shoe with quality help!

I read the reviews about this website…

I read the reviews about this website AFTER I placed my order. I was so nervous but I had nothing to worry about. My package came unscathed and in perfect condition. I’m very satisfied and happy with my purchase. ???? I believe I will use this website again to purchase running shoes in the future.

Worse costumer care

I have attempted multiple times to exchange for a larger sandal size, their phone number is not working and the email for costumer service keep generating new costumer care number. Per their own instructions all I need is a shipping label to send back the wrong size. I have been going around in circle for few days and no resolution
AWFUL return exchange service, I will NOT be shopping from Jack Rabbit again very disappointed

You can't talk with a customer service…

You can't talk with a customer service person live; only via email. When you call, most the time you get a recording that says the wait time is 4 minutes... then you wait about 5 minutes only to get disconnected. Sometimes when you call, you just get the recording that says we are too busy so email us instead. I'm a "Gold" member cause I spend so much with them and I can't even get a supervisor to call me!

Does not keep accurate inventory

I have ordered from Jackrabbit twice now and both of my orders were cancelled due to the item being out of stock. On the first order, in June, I had to email them and ask where my shoes were because it had been weeks, my card had been charged, but I had no update on shipping or anything. That's when they told me the item was out of stock and they would refund me. Not sure how long it would have taken to be informed had I not asked. Customer service seemed decent, so I gave them one more try in November only to have this order cancelled again. Thankfully this time it was timely. BUT Do not trust the inventory online. It's a waste of your time to buy from them.

Bait and Switch

Did the ol' bait and switch. I purchased a running belt, which is all I was looking for. The site said that for just a little more than shipping, I could get socks that would make the shipping free. Fine, cool. Except I order the socks, they send them, and then they send me an email that says they don't actually have the thing I ordered, so too bad I just get some gd socks that I never would have ordered had I not tried to get the running belt. Such an annoying tactic to take my money for something I don't want or need. If this really happened, your website algorithm sucks and you need to fire your coder.

Zero customer service and AWFUL return policy

Terrible. Spend 150 on new shoes that are too big, have to send back for $17! And they don't even include a label. Stay away from here.
